Medical Cannabis Consultation
A structured medical evaluation for medical cannabis - and, in suitable cases, a recommendation submitted to the Ministry of Health by your physician.
At Team Clinic 360°, you can have a medical consultation about medical cannabis as part of a broader look at your situation - your medical history, the treatments you have already tried, and your existing documentation. In suitable cases only, and after a medical examination and professional judgment, your physician can prepare and submit a recommendation to the Medical Cannabis Unit (YAKAR) on your behalf.
Important to know: the clinic does not issue medical cannabis licenses. The license is granted by the Medical Cannabis Unit (YAKAR) at the Ministry of Health. The clinic's role is to provide a medical consultation, assess suitability, and - when warranted - submit a proper medical recommendation.
How the process works
- Send or bring your medical records. Before the visit, complete the relevant form and arrive with the most up-to-date medical documentation you have.
- Meet with a physician. The doctor reviews your medical background, diagnoses, prior treatments and current condition.
- Suitability assessment. If there is a medical basis and it fits the relevant guidelines, a medical recommendation can be prepared.
- Submission to YAKAR by your physician. In suitable cases, the recommendation is submitted to YAKAR by the clinic's physician - you do not need to submit it yourself.
